Your responsibilities as a supervisor:

  • Evaluate & Discuss performance with employees.
  • Treat all employees fairly & with dignity.
  • Provide guidance, direction & referral when appropriate/needed.
  • Keep all discussions regarding employees and/or referrals confidential.

NOT your responsibility as a supervisor:

  • Diagnose drug or alcohol problems.
  • Act as a counselor or therapist to employees
