1. Contact Beat It! voluntarily for confidential assistance, advice, or brief counseling and available referral options at 1.800.828.3939 ext 1

2. A client representative will gather information, determine benefit eligibility, and direct your call to a Member Assistance Professional.

3. The Employee Assistance Professional will assist in problem identification, provide an assessment, determine your needs, and provide you with a resolution.
